Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SnapMog, an online service available at snapmog.com. By accessing or using SnapMog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

Use of the Service

SnapMog provides access to online features, content, and related functionality. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, these Terms, and any usage policies we publish.

SnapMog's live 1v1 video mode is restricted to users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not enter Live Duel. Other camera-based features remain subject to these Terms, applicable law, and posted safety rules.

The current SnapMog experience is an entertainment MVP. Solo Scores, Blind Snapshot Duels, live 1v1 rooms, ELO, aura, appeal scores, tiers, and match outcomes are not identity verification, biometric verification, professional assessment, or guaranteed fair competitive rankings.

User Accounts and Registration

1. Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through SnapMog, including interfaces, models, templates, documentation, and brand assets, is protected by intellectual property laws. The copyright owner of SnapMog is snapmog.com.

• You retain ownership of prompts, uploads, and outputs you are legally entitled to create, subject to applicable law and our usage policies.
• SnapMog retains all rights to the platform, models, safety systems, and associated technology. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the service without written permission.
• SnapMog is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Omoggle.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using SnapMog:

• Uploading or generating content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Producing illegal, harmful, deceptive, or misleading content.
• Interfering with service security, scraping the service, or circumventing rate limits and access controls.
• Reverse engineering the service or using it to build competing offerings without authorization.
• Using camera, chat, match, report, block, or leaderboard features to harass, abuse, impersonate, exploit, or endanger another person.
• Attempting to bypass age gates, safety controls, bans, rate limits, or moderation decisions.

Camera, Matches, Reports, and Rankings

• You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any camera, device, image, or account involved in your session.
• The current MVP supports Blind Snapshot Duel and live 1v1 WebRTC rooms. We do not record raw video, but snapshot, room, signaling, report, and result records may be stored for operation, safety review, abuse prevention, and ranking.
• Blind Snapshot Duel hides opponent photos by default. Reveal features must follow the rules shown in the product and may not be used to bypass another player's privacy choices.
• We may display claimed leaderboard and profile information publicly, including display name, ELO, wins, tier, aura, appeal score, and recent match summaries.
• Reports, blocks, skips, and safety controls are provided to reduce abuse, but they do not guarantee immediate moderation action or complete protection from unwanted interactions.
• Live room availability, connection quality, and moderation response are not guaranteed.

Privacy and Data Collection

SnapMog collects account information, usage analytics, device identifiers, cookies, payment details, and generated or uploaded content as needed to provide and secure the service. For more details on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

Pricing and Payments

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• Prices are subject to change with notice to users.
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan.
• Payment terms depend on your selected payment method and plan.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, snapmog.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless snapmog.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which snapmog.com operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted, unless a different process is required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of SnapMog after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
